The Saint in Eternity

The Saint in Eternity

The saffron robes brush past the sunset clouds
Covered the hours and days with cosmic shrouds.
River of Renunciation merged with the crimson sky.
Wrinkles of youth with twinkle of an all-seeing eye.

How did the Revelation dawn on you?
The Truth which has only blessed a few!
How did the world seem to you?
Gradually as you bade the mundane adieu…

In the garb of numbers or under a peepal tree
As the seed of the Great Tree breaks free
As the topology of Truth with its intricate pattern
Keeps on replicating itself, even in Saturn…

You sit motionless on the lotus flower
In lotus pose, under a blissful shower.
Contemplating on the truth of Nothingness
As the fragrance leaves the burning incense.
